Is this headed to no-bid as quickly as it was in July 2014 or any month thereafter? Just trying to figure out when the no-bid or R/S is supposed to happen. Do you have a timetable, because some want to plan accordingly.
You know what man, I always thought people like you were bashers but now I'm pretty sure you're right. Two very big red flags came up for me:
1. Randall Goulding is UTRMs legal counsel. This guy is a well known SEC scammer and has suffered penalties under SEC laws for all kinds of elaborate stock scams where his family members held positions and stock in all these smaller companies connected to each other
2. Last year UTRM announced Richard Goulding as the Pot Network's medical director and this guy is more than obviously related to Randall Goulding.
What throws a wrench in all of this is the fact that the Lipschultz dude from Neovix seemed pretty honest and said they were still working closely with guys from UTRM
