It's not the market makers. The situation you describe is always, always, always, dumping.

A million in volume and it didn't even break 4 cents. Definitely MM holding it down. But how do they even benifit unless they are looking to dump out of this.

The situation here compares almost perfectly with another Gerald Parkin tainted stock, NVOB.
