THIS WAY THE COMPANY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CONVERT THEM TO DEBENTURES OR DO A REVERSE SPLIT WITH THEM

They couldn't convert them to debentures, but they could still do a reverse split. They'd make you return your cert in exchange for a new one.
