How do we know how much is left to pay off? The judgment was on Nov 17, the price has been higher than .01, and 12 million shares issued between then and now, could have paid the majority of it off.

I've only been in this stock for a week, so I have no idea what has happened between Nov and now. I love what I see here, and what is about to happen in the next few months, a profitable penny stock, they do exist.

Any info anyone can provide would be much appreciated, TIA.

Per the 10-K and 10-Q there were only 12 million shares issued pursuant to the settlement, there have been WELL more than that traded since then. I think we just have the market makers messing with this one, there is no dilution.
