In my case both the vote and the split as I believe they will uplist soon after the vote but that's just a theory. I believe the uplist will come sooner than many expect. It is the promised land for the new management. If they need to hang the R/S over some heads and get the price up to .50-$1 again before the split that works for me too. Either way the company could win big.
