Sorry, but that is an illogical conclusion. The standard reply, for legal purposes, to that type of inquiry is the same whether or not there is a contract between the parties: Sorry we are not allowed to divulge that information without prior consent, or something along those lines.

The inquiry is a waste of time, yours and theirs.

And yes, they are based in Israel.
