What if was filed Friday? But you can't see it because it was filed when SEC was closed?

That is not possible. EDGAR only works one way. If it submitted before 5:30 Eastern Friday, it is available same day. If it is submitted between 5:30 and 10:00, it is available at 6:00 A.M. the next business day, which is Monday.

Since the Form 10 is not available, it was not submitted to EDGAR. If it was submitted between 5:30 and 10:00 (IT WON'T, LOL), it will be available immediately when EDGAR opens at 6:00 A.M. Eastern Monday. No exceptions!

THIS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED OVER 100x THE LAST 2 WEEKS, lol!
