Perhaps. I still have some unknowns to assess. Like what % of their business is laminate flooring and of that what % of that is Chinese laminate. Heavy emphasis on this being a California spec it didn't meet. Does that standard apply outside of progressive heaven? This was motivated by a short seller and the media ran with, now the government is getting involved. I can't think of 3 less trustworthy entities to have going after a company. Even if LL did nothing wrong (obviously not the case) they'll still get raked over the coals and no apology.
