Look at neovasc (NVCN). I saw Frost was invested in that name, did my due diligence and bought thousands of shares at $1.75....now it's at $9. Frost has experience running biopharmaceutical names, but his investments are highly calculated ones. I would not underestimate Phil frosts investment acumen. He has led me to several profitable multi baggers and TRXC will be the next one
