$UNQT Spot on bro. I've been saying that for a while now. Just have to look at all the puzzle pieces and put them together. The reason for the Sec Audit is because the company that is merging most likely made that a stipulation that needed to be done before the merger would be finalized. If a company cares that much about being SEC reporting, then u know its a solid company coming in. :D
