First 1) get financial out showing what you claim (5m-10m revenue)

2) Update on projects

3) Continue to operate business without further dilution

4) Got money generated, announce shares buy back// further reduce debt deduction

5) uplist


This can be accomplish without R/S.

PPS will go up.
