I think the most important thing here to take away is that everyone who owned shares at the time of the DEF14A was released, and got the PROXY material via mail as a shareholder of record, you should vote....

Now read the 8K again and see if offering to sell shares at 4.2 cents indicates weakness or strength.

I can't believe they haven't already secured the vote. It would be madness to put it to the OTC mentality to secure the future of a potential Billion$ market cap. Follow the money JMO

l believe,if you were holding stock on Jan 26,that gives you the ability to vote on proposals.
