What are you talking about? He bought 20K shares on the open market yesterday. The FMC acquisition will be a great addition as it'll generate significant cash flow and help TROX utilize its large pile of NOL's. Also, it may help in doing a deal with DD's spin-off later this year or sometime in 2016.
