To get it back down to where it needs to be so when they do the RS is won't take a dump and crash. Better to let it fall back down now and do a 50/1 RS @ .04 or so then to have a massive selloff on a 10/1 RS at .20. Not many people are gonna dump it that own it @ .04 no matter the split but many people will dump it from .20 on a RS
