I believe MELY will release the following news shortly after the R/S,

"Thank you for your support, but due to softness in the BitCoin space and several folks "bashing" our stock we have being forced to further dilute (cough.... Cough) to maintain operating capital so that we can now turn our energies into a new, more profitable space (insert what ever scam Brett had devised by now).
