To reenforce your own request, ss9173, plus once more to ask ALL of us to back it with each of our own, here's the gist of my 73731 again:

"My own request is on its way, combined with a reaffirmation, first, of my belief in management's unquestionable integrity, and, second, of my faith in their overall strategic vision. That potential "devil," fellow-longs, IMHO, lies not in their hearts or minds, but rather in the myriad details of how to finance & implement that strategic vision. The following are the key issues I feel NEED NOW to be addressed in that Letter. You'll obviously approach management in your own unique way. My compendium, for the record, builds on input from both ss9173 and JP. To both, I'm indebted for their seminal thinking.

1) WHAT steps have been taken, WHICH will be to cut/control costs?

2) WHAT developments, evidently unforeseen during planning for funding the acquisitions, pushed us toward the unanticipated default threat that triggered moving up the impending SHM?

3) WHAT commercial &/or technical snags have kept us from meeting our stated "18-24 months" (from Oct. '03) target for achieving "paradigm shift" to Paperclick acceptance in mobcom & mobmarketing? What's BEEN done, still NEEDS doing for us to prevail and by WHEN do we NOW expect significant Paperclick revenue?

4) By WHEN do we expect positive NeoM-wide cash flow and thus liberation from (CP or other) dilution-financing?

5) IS there a POSITIVE case for asking us to O.K. going from 1 to 5B authorized? 2B not enough? Is the O.K. to increase strictly an as- or if-needed "ANTI-pill"? With approval, HOW many additional shares would/will we register within 30, within 90 days?

6) Assuming shares issued do balloon, when DO we expect to win NASDAQ relisting? To speed relisting WITHOUT destructive reverse-splitting, DO we plan buy-backs?

7) HOW are Check21 & NMPR "cash-cow" visions - too rosy when voiced in early '05, it's turned out - NOW solidly grounded?

8) Aggressively to fight counterfeiting/naked short-selling of NEOM shares, will we join John O'Quinn's class-action moves (see link)? If not, what WILL we do?

ss9173 - Very well written. Not certain that they will ever address # 8, and I am not certain management would ever consider the loss of control of 20% to another investor.
