well i agree with you on this one. This as a timeline given and if this wont come as it was promised, Nasrat wll really loose credibility.

$ELTP moving full speed ahead with (1) Clinics, (2) 150 persons, (3) ELI200 equipment installation. $ELTP will start the 150 persons P3 trial and then inform shareholders after trialing is underway or completed.

This is typically what is done. All lights green for $ELTP!

Sorry, that is incorrect. It was never promised that no efficacy trials would be needed.
