bammaboy101 I found this one in Florida that seems to fit although it is filed in Florida not Nevada like SSOL states. It filed twice once 4/17/14 in Florida and again 2/10/15 but this time in Del.
Maybe they plan to file again in Nevada?

the only one I've found is at Florida bamaboy101...I'm wondering if they didn't make a mistake on the state of corporation?
