Sam - I like the Cessna TTX, but don't feel very inclined to buy any Textron stock. It doesn't really follow that anyone would make a decision to buy stock simply on the basis of a product. From a practical standpoint the equipment probably has a faster payback period too.

As the company gets financials up to date more investors will become aware of what is (or isn't) going on with FASC. I think the reports will show a bad patch 2012 through the first half of 2013 with steady improvement through today. More importantly though will be what the current and future view is. By the time any audited reports are available, we will likely know much more about current sales and how that will affect the pps. The information I am uncovering from various sources still leads me to the conclusion 7 machines will have been sold in this fiscal year. This may actually be a very curious convergence of the audited financials and sales catching up with each other. I wouldn't even begin to speculate on how the pps would be affected.

Sam.......think this through a little, and outside the box of the typical investor here.

First of all, how do you know who has bought stock and when.....and couldn't it have been well before we here discovered any such connections?

Second....if a large company has ultimate thoughts of purchasing the company, do you not think it would not be in their interest to keep the price down by not buying FASC stock at this time?

Those are just two additional thoughts to consider.
