Sure. Everything is the same and you can place/change orders online. The only thing that is different is there will be no bid/ask price quoted. Just watch for the range the pps is in and set a order at the lower/mid level of that range.
Example: if you are seeing it trade at the opening between 002 and 0025 I would say you could put in a order for 0022/0023 and see if it gets hit. If it goes to 0015 and 0019 then try 0015 or 0016 and so on. In essence, it is trading "Blind" as you can't see what anyone is willing to pay/bid for the stock.
