What i would like for you to look at is the company CBIS very similar share structure to DIDG...that company hasnt made a dime and all they do is spend money and have nothing to show yet the stock is trading at .05 cents...DIDG at least has something to generate revenue...here is the numbers for that company and then you be the judge..
