Never use "legal staff" and "minimum cost" in the same sentence. The only difference between a layer and a catfish is that one is a scum sucking bottom feeder and the other ones a fish. It's an oldy but a goody.
You're probably right. The thought of it doesn't sound like a bad "worst case" scenario though. Once again, it's just wind at this point.
