right but question I'm asking is how do we know he's even trying to. That's what you said I was wrong about. Really asking the question. Has there been something indicating he's trying to put those 80 mil shares in play?

The reason I'm saying is the share structure has been the same for over 3 years headed to 4 and he's had those shares throughout so I guess I'm asking what has changed to cause concern about his 80 million perferred.
