If they have a deal in place, why would they want to wait to drop the 8k or a PR? Why not be considerate to your shareholders, the same people making it possible for you to bring some income in, and drop a PR when the deal is done?

Go azfl. there is a website called "merger network" and tells of all businesses that are currently for sale and businesses that have already been sold or acquired or merged tthroughout the world. I keep an eye on this site once in a while just see if anything interesting pops up that could provide us with clues. the site also tells of businesses that want to merge or be acquired

Many Investors have been calling and Screaming Obscenities & even Death Threats to AZFL CEO Pepper & AZFL IR Juan! This is Nonsense people!! Stop that! I have also always been Respectful from day one,, so yeah,, I am able to talk with AZFL Officers! ;-) When I found AZFL back in Nov/Dec the Intro~Page was really nothing at all,, and I did my DD & spoke with AZFL Officers and realized the HIDDEN GEM WE have here! Good~Luck Everyone in your Accumulations of AZFL $hares!! ;-)

"NO R/S" is what I have been told when asking and I am waiting patiently just like everyone else, if you do not have the patience then move on. This is a legitimate company we are all invested in and I will wait as long as it takes. Yes, I thought it would of been a few weeks ago, but hey , as stated to by Juan "we will not put out any kind of pr for fluff. Only "contracts" and "deal" and "aquisitions" with substance. And to answer the guy yesterday that referred to me, asking why does Juan only talk to me, I can't answer that for you, but I do know for a fact a few others that he answers too regularly and maybe he answers me because I have been completely respectful since day 1.

"No dilution" on company's part.

from my own "DD" "IMO" and I repeat my honest "OPINION" :)

heres the deal-

the "reason" we saw 90mill dumped that one day last week and 20mill a few other times and 40mill yesterday is for you ready???

FINANCING FOR A DEAL ALREADY COMPLETED THAT THEY HAVE NOT YET "PR'd" :)

think about it, they do not have to by law tell us about financing deals with shares...

but will show on the next 8-k



REMEMBER I SAID THIS.......

you guys do not realize the opportunity we have here in the low trips--:)

continue to buy all you can at this point

I'm looking for a PR ANY DAY AS WELL

it will come when we least expect it
