Sounds like Joe Spencer would have left mCig in a few months anyway. It's his MO according to others on this board who researched his biography. IMO, we are doing great without him.
I think he may not have officially accepted the offer and backed out. Perhaps the final agreement depended too heavily on his own performance for his taste and if he did not perform, he would get very little. Just a guess.
