Unless things materialize, its just another (critically timed) "potential" PR, released to make you forget about the recent ones that fell through.

"5 states in February", "Joe Spencer has joined the team". This stock was about to dive, and they knew it.
Not to mention older statements that never came to pass..
Guess we will see going forward. Expecting another delayed 10Q. Enjoy it while you can!
