That is clearly false. Elite did not show that it works better than anything else. The patent office never said it was better or advantageous. thanks

By the way, if you spoke to the USPTO, perhaps they can tell you where in the elite patents it says they "sequester" naltrexone

U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2003/0143269 A1 to Oshlack et al. discloses a dosage form comprising an opioid against in releasable form and a sequestered opioid antagonist which is not substantially released following administration of the intact dosage form.
