what was said was capital infusion under old charter and duopoly status is not wise and this administration would not do that

well I am long F and F and I would not do that if it meant they would become the old F and F again

assuming as I do - a leveling away of the duopoly one can capitalize ............. and while not said by the GOV as it is who blinks first ---- if duopoly power - unique borrowing is gone - then can they regain capital

I read that right now - with the FULL STATUS QUO to include original carters and duopoly capacity .................
