It's all stories. There are no deals. There is nothing going on. SUTI is the surviving empty sister shell of PRPM which is dead and buried. Yet, Vaskries had no trouble dumping PRPM to 10.6 billion outstanding shares AFTER the DTCC global lock was enforced :) See how con men work?

Ever thought THEY might have a lot invested and STUCK in PRPM too...? Nobody does anything for the good of others and FINANCIAL INCENTIVE is always involved...
