This company has gone from 97 million shares in Sept. 2013 to over 5.1 billion shares outstanding as of Jan. 2015.

To date, we haven't seen a summary for the share structure since January but we know there has been considerable dilution with guaranteed further dilution ahead from these toxic notes.

All anyone has been accumulating is newly created shares from the dilution. With a single tick up, these collected shares will turn into a flip.
