The IPO did fail becuase they were deep in the red. The old CFO got them into a bad situation which Dan O'Neill and Phil Anderson were brought in to fix.
Once they get rid of the convertible debt mistakes of the past (might take 1-2 Q's) the revenues and fundamentals of this company will take over. It'll be a test of intestinal fortitude for longs over the next few weeks but I think those in the right situation realize this has all the makings of a 10 bagger
