Prices is Waaaay cheaper now but no insider is buying now. Why is That? You think they might know something?

Transaction Code P could also mean a private transaction, like say purchasing stock from his brother or another insider.

Why didn't he file that Form 4 with the SEC? NTEK filed to go dark and stop reporting but I don't think that applies to individual's ownership filings.

Doesn't anyone find that a bit strange?...I mean, they file FORM 15 so they don't have to report, but then all of a sudden, out of the goodness of their hearts the start reporting STOCK BUYS.......hmmmmmm,........one really has to ask why?....

Why only report things like stock buys?...when they don't have to.....

Answer:.. To make it appear to the naive penny investor that all is well with said scam.....
