I think it is shady because the offer is restriced.
We cannot profit from it, so it seems, and many shareholders who sold did lose money from this action.
I wouldn't be surprised if there is a rise in pps during the day, it would drop again to around $3.15.
I am still long long by the way, even bought some more.

According to the prospectus supplement, looks like Cowen is getting a cut of 0.2905 per unit. Almost 1 mil just for underwriting.

Anyone notice that they have the quote still at 5.7 as of 2:05 AM?
