how can the company stop this. they didnt do anything wrong, all allowed by SEC reporting rules. they have mentioned in the past some areas that would take tie to resolve so not sure what the law firms think they will get out of it and why any shareholder would actually join a suite.
CFO is doing everything RIGHT ! delays always happen give this guy a break he is new and has the hardest job accountant !can you imagine going to new company and doing books when you only been there three months !! hard but I know this guy is professional !
