Peter W. Wilson,Chief Compliance Officer
Leads all aspects of the firm's regulatory and compliance activities. In this role, Mr. Wilson works closely with each department in managing, monitoring and implementing TeraExchange's compliance program.
Mr. Wilson was most recently the Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel of Dunbar Capital Investors, LLC. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer of UBP Asset Management, LLC, a multi-billion dollar registered investment adviser. Prior to UBP, he was a Director at Alaric Compliance Services, LLC, an investment compliance consulting firm. His professional experience also includes practicing law in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. Mr. Wilson held numerous legal positions in the Army, including prosecutor and legal advisor at West Point.
He received a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a J.D. with honors from Pace University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Scholar. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
