First...I am a pumper...so ignore me...

Now that we got that out of the way.

This is based on a large educated assumption that drilling will prove a 100 billion Hay mountain deposit....This is a huge assumption but let's just say it proves true...

The NPV is net present value of the 50 year cash flow projected of Hay Mountain at full production assuming price of metals and annual production stays constant at 10% interest rate...

As you can see, tremendous assumptions...but I took the worst case of very high interest rates and 50 years production . But to make it as bad as possible, I took assumption that LBSR gave away 99% of the Hay mountain project to a JV partner (s)...

I know I am dreaming yahoo pumper who is posting lies....I get it
