It's not as bad as you describe but it doesn't look great. It mentions $0.03 and $0.05 as a conversion rate which is confusing but one hell of a discount from current levels.

Also not sure how they can do this deal right now for 28m of shares when the AS is maxed? Maybe someone could explain that.
