But I'll bet my Bippy that the technicals will have shaped up before anything like that or other big news is announced.
Reason: There are people in the know that always have good sources leaking this stuff. They're always in early.
Other reason: Watch for insider buying changes prior to any announcement.
Both will aid in shaping up the technicals ahead the news.
