It is a step forward. We can pay it off any time so conversion isn't guaranteed. And if they convert we clean the balance sheet and they become long our stock. This is still a risk to finance with straight debt (or we would have to pay outrageous interest rates). I like it and it is exactly what those of us who read the filings, news and speak to management were expecting.
