What is George's involvement in the Ahnume transaction that the other side had no knowledge of?

Funny that NTEK has no clue who Ahnume is, but Ahnume introduced HHSE to NTEK.

Is this a park of shares into a shell corporation? Where was the distribution of the funds? Did, does George know anything about this dubious transaction?

Who were recipients of the funds, secondary, tertiary, etc. from the sale of the 144 paper of a former shell company?
