option grants aren't the same as open market purchases.

Non-Qualified Stock Options granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan, which vest 100% on March 3, 2016.

The way I see it these do not vest until 2016. So i am thinking they will be in the money on March 3, 2016!
