#57275 RE: running bull #57274

There 537.826 shares in the order book from NASDAQ order book for the price level from $0.78 until $3.
Needed amount: $762.668. The most of shares in $.78-$1.5

Some shares from ARCA ~70.000 shares. From BATS /Direct Edge ~100.000 or more.
There are ~700 k shares until $3.

So, if somebody buys on the open markt 700.000 shares without sell -we get $3

Another point:compare with short analytics: http://www.shortanalytics.com/getshortchart.php?tsymbol=vrng

There are 70.000-300.000 shares will be shorted. The shorties are smart enough: if any big news is there- they cover & don't open a new short position.

So, short volume ca 70.000 shares.

IF PERLAMAN DECIDES TO RECOVER SHAREHODER VALUE- he can just buy the shares on the open market for $1 Million and we get PPS > $3. But he sold only......

Snooze

RB,

Based on all we know about what's happened in UK, US, Romania, Brazil etc.,
Does getting a big settlement from ZTE seem as unlikely as winning the lottery?!?!
Hasn't ZTE already made some low-ball settlement offers???
What about D-Link??? Just as unlikely???

You seem to be denying that Vringo is making ANY progress.... Like watching the winning lottery numbers and getting the first 5 numbers right and feeling that your chance of winning is just as unlikely even though you've only got one more number to go....

Bottom line: Vringo has gained the negotiating leverage over ZTE and ZTE is now in a world of hurt in Europe (especially UK) and Brazil and soon to be in US. That's hugely positive and makes the likelihood of settlement very high. D-Link settlement discussions already way and for minimal litigation expense (no lengthy trials).

Denial is a river in Egypt not an investing strategy.
