No, unfortunately tmm has ZERO patent rights!

They are claiming they have some undefined rights through the 1993 license from Iterated but reading those contracts, then the 1996 contract and the 1996 Iterated lawyers letters tells anyone they lost any rights to use that technology.

Not to mention that none of those contracts gave tmm ANY rights to the patents underlying the technology anyway!

Please provide the link to ANY patent that has tmm shown as having ANY rights to use it! And guess what? The links to the Dimension patents on the patent office web site show all are ALIVE AND WELL!!!
