Respectfully sir, have you done any DD on this stock or any Bankrupt stocks in general or are you just following message board comments?
Yahoo is a billion dollar company and have been interested in HIPPQ for years. I think yahoo wins but this doesn't suggest mean they're going to "overpay" for this. Unless there are other bids, they can get this company for cheap possible under the liability amount.
