I am concerned with the lack of news and yes I do think Kim is stalling. The real question is why?

Again the word stalling is use incorrectly. If Kim was stalling he would have a motive. "Stalling" is in this case is something the company is doing "bad".

After all if they are stalling they could move forward but are choosing not to.

"Waiting" on the other hand would be the company stalled because of something out of their control.

In our case we have to look at what is stalled.

The S1.

What is an S1?
It is a form needed to issue shares.

Why are shares issued?

Either for cash or services.

If the shares were for cash why stall?
Why would they need to wait?

They wouldnt

If the shares are for services why stall or wait?

Because the service is not or can not be provided for some reason.

Now applying this to everything we do know what could be stalling a service?

Pretty simple explaination would be the temporary lack of regulation in VN for a GMO.

If Kim is sitting on a deal with a silk producer in VN and they can not close the deal until the GMO regulations are complete Kim would have NO CHOICE but to wait.

That is not stalling.
Stalling requires a choice.

This is the whole problem with the stalling statement.

Stalling requires a choice. Nobody can come up with a reasonable reason for Kim to choose to stall.

But I think there are quite a few reasons we could come up with that Kim would have to wait.

If we dont see an S1a in the next week or so that would tell me the S1 is approved and now we are waiting on the reciever of those shares to move forward.

So the question really who is the reciever of the shares from the S1 Kim is trying to get approved?

You are correct, Jet. Now is NOT the time to sell. I too have been here so long, but I think the long road is coming to an end.

We are ever so close to earnings. This year can be summed up in one word, KABOOM. It is coming, Jet. All we need is just a bit more patience. Kim is working hard behind the scenes, IMHO, and I am excited to hear what he has to say.
