I think you're bang on! The announcement on 11th, 20 day wait with a 'D' attached and the effect taking place to coincide with Q4 earnings. Then followed by debt restructuring news and finally Q1 filings a few weeks later in mid May. Sounds like a great plan to me :-) JMO
