The sad thing is no matter what the case is if people at any company have that feeling and there is no current culture of positivity or vision there is an obvious problem. CVSL walked into a major broken situation they didnt create it. CVSL at this moment has around 50% ownership where I believe Tammy Longerberger still ownes the other half and still makes a healthy salary. CVSL has the tough job of making the tough decisions to reboot a bad situation and that takes time and many people are gonna be pissed along the way. I have people too and they tell me there was so much over spend like a staff still in place and people getting paid from when the company was at a billion and now at barely 100 million a fraction of what it was people have to go and the free rides have to end. That simple. Of course those people will be pissed and have all the hate for CVSL because before they got there they were getting a free ride and then here comes the new face delivering the bad news. LooK the main thing is right now its ugly and Im sure many people like Rochon and Tammy can do a much better job. Im glad I dont work there or ever have any plans to and from a human standpoint, for all the people I truly hope it turns around and the culture that once was there was brought back and from an investor stand point well the turnaround in this company would be huge for CVSL stock. In my opinion it gonna take a hell of a lot more than selling baskets or adding a few more maintenance people.
