I would like a Congressman to ask UST Secretary Lew WHY 100% net profits of privately held, publicly traded Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac should be continued to be swept to the USTreasury in perpetuity? I want Lew's answer!

Mel Watt Himself said the GSE's were fine, they have paid back the treasury everything borrowed in an amazingly short time plus an incredible amount of interest that could have been used for capital reserves.
So exactly why are they still in conservatorship and the American tax paying share holders being held hostage?
