What does the 2,000,000,000 shares represent concerning the percentage ownership of DP?

If it is 100% then a $.01 share price is feasible. Maybe even more.

Bobby Pritchett's company ADR is looking to go public this coming fall. They will value their entire enterprise at 90 million.

If we consider that DP is half of that value then we are at $.0225 a share.

So what is the answer to my question above???
