I would think after reading the court filings/motions up to this point there's mud being thrown. One noticeable flimsy argument is the old "accuse the accuser" tactic which makes these clowns professional double-talkers. Like it's going to intimidate the company by proving you're a file-happy defendant generating document after document of bs. More or less saying the company hurt your feelings by defaming you(telling the truth). So if the company proves the siphoning occurred then all the counter allegations by the movant are irrelevant. There could have been some personality conflicts before the employees exited the company but even if they felt slandered the morons can't use that to justify the slick client siphon from the company. And moreover after the company became aware of being hustled the defendants could in no way claim this defamatory bs with success. Still the civil case needs to be settled out of court especially if the real damage occurred this last year. Remember these guys at XA were also under the 3 Miami stooges and I wouldn't necessarily be judging what may or may not have been going on during that period of time. I wouldn't even care about some shit, what is important is to get out of this situation as quick as possible without becoming fixture of the system. There is nothing to gain unless someone has a big suitcase of money. If not we need these clients, I mean, some of the clients had to know of this two card monte but didn't care because of their close relationships. F#ck it, settle it out of court re-employ everyone save the client relationships, let bygones be bygones, screw the past, move forward, the structure is in place, the low road takes too long, life is too short, the lawyers like money but we like it more and they will understand because they will still get paid (bastards)ha ha Something good has to come out of this. What would you do if the direction we appear to be going wasn't an option how else would the company emerge from this predicament??? Just throw money at it??
